House rules

We want you to have a relaxing, comfortable stay and create lasting memories at High Tide House. To help us keep the house lovely for you and for future guests, please follow these simple house rules.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: by 10:00
• Photo ID is required for all adult guests by email before check-in

Guests

• Maximum of 4 people in the property at any time
• Children (2–12 years) and infants (under 2) are welcome
• No unregistered guests – any visitors must leave by 9pm
• No parties or events
• Please keep noise to a minimum between 9pm and 9am

Smoking and pets

• No smoking anywhere inside the property
• No pets
